"Bagel not works" This is not a bagel, but the round bread. Everything is very so so. Do not recommend.

disappointing.. I watched the person making my food grab my bagel, grab equipment, and touch other things and then make my food all WITHOUT gloves. No thanks..

This is one of our go-to breakfast spots. Great bagels, love the omelets, the staff is friendly and always willing to give you a to-go cup of whatever beverage you were drinking. Fast service. Redid the inside about a year ago and it's very nice now. Was surprised the ratings on here were so bad...definitely not the case. It's always busy and that's because it's just a solid breakfast place.

Note that all of the bad reviews for this place are older than 6 months; I've been here recently and can tell you that this place has just been remodeled and looks absolutely inviting. I had a pastrami on rye with mustard that was really good; the meat was fresh, hot, tender and delicious. It came with chips and a sour pickle - just a standard lunch but somehow I was really impressed with it. The service was excellent; I'm rather selective about this aspect of dining out, but the staff met the challenge. The restaurant has been completely redone and looks fresh and clean; they're due for a "grand opening" soon and it's nothing like it used to be. I think that they're aware that Towson Hot Bagels is close by and they decided to step up their game. From the looks of it, they've met that challenge as well. I will be back for more lunches.

We found this place today and were very pleased. The omlets were great and so were the bagels. The waitress was very attentive and kept the good coffee coming. The only thing we have any gripe about were the fried potatoes and only because they were different tasting than we're used to. We've had bagels in the Montreal and New York City, and these are about the same. This place also has an extensive menu for a bagel shop. We will go back for sure.

I like the everything bagels. I like the breakfast foods. The decor is old but the walls look like the were recently painted but the tables and chairs are ready to be replaced . The service has been good and friendly.

I really do like the coffee, and currently, this is the only place to get a salt bagel in Timonium. That will change when Towson Hot Bagels moves into the Yorkridge Shopping Plaza, so I will be curious to see what happens then. I have only eaten in once - this feels more like a take-out place because of the disrepair. I do love the coffee, though!

I finally stopped off here for breakfast after hearing word of mouth from friends and neighbors. They were spot on: this place was excellent. I had a great breakfast with fantastic service. I'll definitely be returning in the future!

I randomly stopped here about a month ago on my way into work. Now I practically have to talk myself out of stopping here every morning. They are consistently fast, friendly, and DELICIOUS! You will not be disappointed.

Bagels are okay. They close at random times. Not much competition for Bagels in Baltimore.

This place has amazing food, both bagels and other breakfast food. I've had a sausage, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. I didn't know this type of sandwich could taste so good. They also have a coffee station, which I did not use, that you can order coffee, lattes, etc from. If I'd know they had this here I wouldn't have stopped for coffee beforehand. I will definitely go again.

One of the best breakfast spots in town. Great for picking up a bagel sand which to go or staying in and having an omelette. Good service. Never had a bad experience.

Not good. Typical Maryland bagels lacking taste and small. Rude waitresses. One of my friends found a small hair in his sandwich. Most of the workers in the back don't even wear gloves. Just not quality food.

Noooot good. The bagels were mostly bread in a circular shape. The everything bagel tasted more like a salt bagel. The garlic bagel tasted more like a plain bagel with a sprinkling of garlic powder. They used maybe MAYBE one egg and barely any cheese. The bacon my friend got was rubbery. This next bit is, admittedly, my own fault for not asking, but it seems that they cook their non-meat and meat products on the same surface. My boyfriend and I are vegetarians, and he got a little sick after eating here. So, if you are a long-term or very serious vegetarian ask to make sure this is not how it works.

The food is decent here and the waitresses do a good job but it's too noisy in here, mostly due to the radio being piped in. The refrigeration equipment is also noisy.

Bagel works does a decent job of providing a solid meal - they have good omelettes, pancakes, as well as lunchtime sandwiches. Breakfast comfort food.

Nope never again. As someone who works in the industry to walk into a place where the display refrigerator is hot, the floor in the kitchen is visibly un-tiled and the guy making the bagels for you to eat is not wearing gloves.....not a good sign. I won't be coming back anytime soon, there are too many choices in the area.

I work in the ghetto so I am used to poor ambiance. The lack of tile in the kitchen is noticeable. However, I can observe the cooks preparing breakfast for patrons (no bullet proof glass). One patron disputed a $20 lunch order and got a full refund, and drove off in a $70,000 to $90,000 SUV. I was really annoyed by their prolonged (approximately 15 minute) argument about lacking a pickle, chips, and the meal being overpriced, when I was only waiting to purchase a dozen bagels. I only purchase bagels from this location since I prefer to make bagel sandwiches at home. I am highly allergic to garlic and love the salt bagels but cannot purchase them since they are in the bin next to the garlic and everything bagel. These bagels are dense, and I buy out the poppy-seed bagels regularly. They accept credit cards, but only have limited hours. I have never purchased anything other than bagels ($9.50 a dozen-13) My son does not like their version of the Asiago Cheese bagel. This location is always busy at breakfast so I was surprised by the negative reviews.
